(Exhibitor) Marketplace 2026 Registration

Description

The 2026 Marketplace will be hosted by Lycoming County Visitors Bureau at Liberty Arena in Williamsport, PA! 

This is a group leader show supported by PBA's motorcoach operator members.

Monday, March 30 will be set-up day for exhibitors, optional Best Practices Roundtable (registration required, additional fee), PBA’s Board of Directors meeting and an optional evening reception for all (registration required)!

Tuesday, March 31 morning will be the final booth setup and an optional breakfast briefing (registration required) then the main event; our Group Leader Marketplace at Liberty Arena located at 315 Hepburn Street Williamsport, PA 17701. 

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• October 31, 2025 - Early Bird pricing expires.
• November 28, 2025 - Last day to submit a Group Leader FAM Tour.
• January 1, 2026 - All Discount Pricing Ends.
• January 16, 2026 - Cancellation of a purchased booth for partial refund.
• January 31, 2026 - Last day for Operators to schedule a FAM Tour.
•                              - Hotel Room reservation deadline.
• January 31, 2026 - Directory Cover sponsorship ad/artwork is due.
• February 6, 2026 - Last day to purchase a Sponsorship.
• February 13, 2026 - Sponsorship ad/artwork is due (for guaranteed placement on floor and the Marketplace Directory).
• February 20, 2026 - Registration ends
