From the Farm to the Finish Line See the future of farming with an enlightening, educational, and delicious time inside Pocono Organics – one of North America’s largest Regenerative Organic Certified vegetable and CBD farms. Started by the Mattioli family, founders of Pocono Raceway, this 380+ acre farm features a Market and Café, where Chopped Champion Chef Lindsay McClain prepares farm-fresh food all powered by a 25-acre solar farm and irrigated with reclaimed rainwater. Enjoy an organic lunch from locally sourced ingredients while learning about Regenerative Organic Agriculture and get behind the scenes for a guided tour of what makes their farm hum. After the farm we’ll head to the Tricky Triangle, Pocono Raceway. Hosts of a NASCAR Cup Series Race the track is one of the most unique out there, with the longest front-stretch in motorsports and three distinct turns. Hear the history, get a glimpse of the garages, walk the paddock and see Victory Lane where racing legends like Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Bobby Labonte have stood. Bus Departs at 11:30 am and returns at 4:30 pm

Tour B – Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway: Relax in comfortable, vintage coaches pulled by diesel engines. This narrated round trip follows the majestic Lehigh River over bridges, through Glen Onoko, and into the Lehigh Gorge State Park. Enjoy mountain scenery, high rising cliffs, and wildlife along the forested route to Old Penn Haven. Tour C – Asa Packer Mansion: Take a guided tour of this historic Pocono Mountains mansion. Built in the Victorian Italianate architecture style in 1861, this beautiful home was the residence of Asa Packer. Among his many accomplishments, the multi-millionaire built the Lehigh Valley Railroad and founded Lehigh University. Today, you will see his mansion just as it stood during Packer's lifetime. The slides are calling, your cabana is waiting – and the lazy river is flowing right on cue. Spend the day racing down twisting, splashing slides at Kalahari’s waterpark with maybe a lazy river loop or two. Then retreat to our private cabanas, no scrambling for lounge chairs or guarding your spot with a flip flop. Just pure, unfiltered waterpark bliss with a VIP home base to come back to between adventures.

Join Park Manager, Justin Waid, on a 1.7-mile trek on the Indian Trail at Big Pocono State Park.  Take a walk-through time, as you learn about the natural history of the Pocono Mountains and discover the breathtaking views from atop Camelback Mountain.  For those that choose, have an inside look at the Bureau of Forestry’s fire tower and enjoy a truly stunning, 360 views of the surrounding landscape. Arrive by 9:45 am for hike to begin at 10 am. Duration: 1-2 hours  *Park in Lot 2 – at the top of the mountain *Be sure to bring bug spray, water, and closed-toed hiking shoes as this is a more difficult hike boosting over 300 feet in elevation climb. While not common to meet, Rattlesnakes are native to the park.
