Started by the Mattioli family, founders of Pocono Raceway, this 380+ acre farm features a Market and Café, where Chopped Champion Chef Lindsay McClain prepares farm-fresh food all powered by a 25-acre solar farm and irrigated with reclaimed rainwater. Enjoy an organic lunch from locally sourced ingredients while learning about Regenerative Organic Agriculture and get behind the scenes for a guided tour of what makes their farm hum. After the farm we’ll head to the Tricky Triangle, Pocono Raceway. Hosts of a NASCAR Cup Series Race the track is one of the most unique out there, with the longest front-stretch in motorsports and three distinct turns. Hear the history, get a glimpse of the garages, walk the paddock and see Victory Lane where racing legends like Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Bobby Labonte have stood. Summary
Join Park Manager, Justin Waid, on a 1.7-mile trek on the Indian Trail at Big Pocono State Park.  Take a walk-through time, as you learn about the natural history of the Pocono Mountains and discover the breathtaking views from atop Camelback Mountain.  For those that choose, have an inside look at the Bureau of Forestry’s fire tower and enjoy a truly stunning, 360 views of the surrounding landscape. Arrive by 9:45 am for hike to begin at 10 am. Duration: 1-2 hours  *Park in Lot 2 – at the top of the mountain *Be sure to bring bug spray, water, and closed-toed hiking shoes as this is a more difficult hike boosting over 300 feet in elevation climb. While not common to meet, Rattlesnakes are native to the park.
