The 2025 Marketplace will be hosted by Discover Lancaster at Spooky Nook in Manheim, PA (Lancaster County)! 

This is a group leader show supported by PBA's motorcoach operator members.

Monday, March 24 will be set-up day for exhibitors, Best Practices Roundtable, PBA’s Board of Directors meeting and an evening reception for all!

Tuesday, March 25 will be the main event, our Group Leader Marketplace at Spooky Nook. 

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• October 31, 2024 - Early Bird pricing expires.
• November 30, 2024 - Last day to submit a Group Leader FAM Tour.
• January 1, 2025 - All Discount Pricing Ends.
• January 17, 2025 - Cancellation of a purchased booth for partial refund.
• January 31, 2025 - Last day for Operators to schedule a FAM Tour.
• January 31, 2025 - Hotel Room reservation deadline.
• January 31, 2025 - Directory Cover sponsorship ad/artwork is due.
• February 7, 2025 - Last day to purchase a Sponsorship.
• February 14, 2025 - Sponsorship ad/artwork is due (for guaranteed placement on floor and the Marketplace Directory).
• February 21, 2025 - Registration ends
