Attraction Restaurant Theatre Hotel
In 1969, Emmanuel Mullet, son-in-law Robert Miller, and friend Dan Lehman bought a 75-seat restaurant located in a renovated hardware store in Walnut Creek, OH. They set out to share the hearty, made-from-scratch meals of their Amish and Mennonite communities. Today 2 of Emmanuel's daughter and their families continue the tradition. Dutchman Hospitality includes six restaurant, four inns, six bakeries, seven shops, and 500-seat theater located throughout scenic, small-town Ohio, Indiana, and Sarasota, Florida. Even though we have grown throughout the years, two things haven't changed: We remain firmly rooted in the values and traditions of our Amish and Mennonite heritage and we continue our commitment of connecting the talent and trades of local craftspeople to our beloved communities and customers.
The resident performances at the Ohio Star Theater are Blue Gate Musicals. From unforgettable characters to old-fashion simplicity and non-stop laughter, this is the place to let your heart sing and your spirt soar! Also throughout the year worship with Southern Gospel concerts from some of your favorite groups, relax and relive memories with tribute bands, and jam with contemporary concerts all within one theater! Performances begin in March and run through December.
