Northern York County Historical and Preservation Society hosts a wide variety of historical tours, programs and cultural events throughout the year at Dill’s Tavern and Eichelberger Distillery. See whiskey being made as it was in 1810, starting with period correct recipes, fermenting mashes in wood barrels, and distilling in wood fired pot stills, using a carefully researched method that is not done anywhere else. A truly unique experience!
