Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 PBA Marketplace, held Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and hosted by the Lycoming County Visitors Bureau at Liberty Arena.

For decades, PBA’s Marketplace has connected motorcoach operators, charter representatives, tour planners, and group leaders with travel suppliers offering destinations, attractions, experiences, and services for future group tours. This year’s event continued that tradition by bringing the bus and group travel industry together for meaningful conversations, itinerary ideas, and new opportunities for future trips.

PBA extends its sincere thanks to the motorcoach operators, charter representatives, and tour planners who brought group leaders. By connecting group leaders with travel suppliers, the Group Travel Marketplace helps inspire new tours and create future business opportunities.

How to Become a Group Leader!

For several decades, PBA’s Marketplace has connected our travel supplier members directly with bus operators, tour planners, and group leaders. This signature event features dynamic exhibits from destinations, attractions, area convention & visitor bureaus, destination marketing organizations and more.


Motorcoach operators and tour planners bring their group leaders to explore new travel ideas, for one-on-one conversations. It’s an event that has evolved and refined itself to meet everyone’s group travel planning needs!


We’re headed to Williamsport, PA for the 2026 Marketplace, hosted by the Lycoming County Visitors Bureau at The Liberty Arena.


Marketplace Date: Tuesday, March 31, 2026


Note, on Monday, March 30, 2026, PBA will be hosting our regular pre-Marketplace day events including our Networking and Award Reception, Board of Director's meeting, setup for exhibitors and a roundtable.


Location: Liberty Arena, 315 Hepburn Street, Williamsport, PA 17701

Williamsport, located in Northcentral Pennsylvania along Routes 15 and 180, is easily accessible from Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh.


This is a prime opportunity for tour planners, charter reps, and group leaders to connect with our travel and destination partners for trip ideas in 2026 and beyond.


Special note: PBA secured FAM Tours for group leaders. This opportunity is only available to our PBA Travel Supplier Members. Details were shared to all registered operators last December. Operators are encouraged to book directly with the hosts.
