The 2027 PBA Group Travel Marketplace will be hosted by Discover Lancaster at Spooky Nook in Manheim, PA (Lancaster County)!

At PBA’s Group Travel Marketplace, qualified group travel buyers, including group travel planners, group leaders, tour planners, and other professionals who organize, or influence group travel connect directly with destinations, attractions, CVBs, DMOs, and other travel suppliers from across the industry.

It’s a chance to discover what’s new, ask questions, make connections, and find the experiences that could become the next great group trip. The Group Travel Marketplace is built around one thing: bringing the right people together to turn inspiration into travel.

Marketplace Date: Tuesday, March 24, 2027

Note, on Monday, March 23, 2027, PBA will be hosting our regular Pre-Marketplace Day events including our Networking and Award Reception, Board of Directors meeting, setup for exhibitors and a roundtable.

Location:  Spooky Nook 75 Champ Blvd. Manheim, PA 17545

Spooky Nook is located 10 miles outside of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. They are conveniently located just off of the Salunga exit of Route 283. 

This is a prime opportunity to connect with our travel and destination partners for trip ideas in 2027 and beyond.

Special note: PBA is arranging a selection of FAM Tours exclusively for PBA Travel Supplier Members to offer to attendees. Once FAM Tour registration closes, available opportunities will be shared with all registered operators in late December. Operators are then encouraged to coordinate directly with the host organizations and confirm their selections by January 31, 2027.

  • February 9, 2027: Last day to register for inclusion in the Marketplace Directory
  • February 19, 2027: Last day to register
  • February 22, 2027: Hotel reservation cut-off
