Overview:

So many companies have people on the phone who are "order takers", not "salespeople". You can tell, as they wait for the phone to ring, rather than go looking for sales, and the best they can do is "match the competition's price". Then again, if they haven't been properly trained, how do they know how to make sales? 

This session is directed by the former Vice President of Marketing for Trailways Transportation System.
